• We take a select number of reports each quarter to ensure we never sacrifice quality or client experience.
• 50% deposit secures your project timeline and start date
• Remaining payments are scheduled around key project milestones
• Projects are scoped in advance to keep pricing predictable
• Rush timelines may be available based on production schedule
• Printing and postage are not included
• We recommend estimating 2-3 weeks after completion for printing and mailing. Turnaround times vary by printer.
